Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (BACB)
• Arizona state licensing/requirements (COBA)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage hybrid clinic/home/community visits

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct behavioral and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify needs.
• Treatment Planning: develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervision & Oversight: supervise RBTs and therapists to ensure high fidelity, clinical integrity, and ethics.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: review data, track progress, and adjust plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: lead parent meetings, provide training, and ensure consistent reinforcement.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: coordinate with schools and other healthcare professionals across settings.]
