Compleat Kidz is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in a full-time, hybrid role (in-clinic + remote) delivering high-quality ABA therapy. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families to support progress.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification, a Master's degree in ABA or related field, and licensure eligibility.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
