Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid services for children with Autism. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and train team members while engaging with families to improve outcomes.

This position allows for flexible supervision both in-person and via telehealth, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to balance work-life needs. The compensation ranges from $90 to $130 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments including FBAs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other team members.
