Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California for a hybrid-remote role serving children on the autism spectrum. You will manage cases, collect data, complete intake/assessments, and train parents while collaborating with clinicians and directors.

The position supports full-time and part-time schedules, offers in-house CEUs, mentorship, and competitive benefits, including a 401K match and health coverage.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree required.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong leadership and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Data collection using Central Reach.
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Parent training and collaboration with clinical team.
• Mentorship for RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
