United Future seeks a licensed BCBA with pediatric experience to design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. You will assess, plan, and supervise RBTs and therapists, ensuring data-driven treatment plans and ethical practice across clinic, home, and community settings.

Responsibilities include collaboration with families, school teams, and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care and progress monitoring, maintaining high clinical integrity while supporting staff

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification and state requirements for Arizona must be met.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatrics.

Responsabilités

• Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop customized ABA care plans and BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure fidelity.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as children develop.
• Collaborate with families for training and consistency.
• Coordinate with schools and other professionals.
