Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric therapy team in a hybrid role, with in-office work three days a week. The position focuses on clinical supervision, data-driven ABA programming, and collaboration with families and clinical staff.

Responsibilities include developing Treatment Plans, monitoring client progress, and leading RBT supervision while participating in ongoing research opportunities and staff training.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Experience in early intervention and behavior reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet 25 billable hours per week on average.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for clients.
• Update progress reports and oversee ABA programs.
