Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing (BACB) and any state licensing requirements for Arizona.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Clinical experience designing and managing ABA programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to work hybrid across clinic, home, and community.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs and therapists with fidelity and ethics.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as children develop.
