Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. We provide outcomes-driven, evidence-based ABA services with a focus on client success and professional growth.

As a BCBA, you will lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families across settings to ensure optimal outcomes in a supportive, research-minded environment. You will work in a hybrid schedule in New Haven County, CT, promoting ethical practice, ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
