Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA programs and supervise RBTs in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The BCBA will develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate with families and schools, and ensure compliance with ethics and payer standards. This full-time role offers opportunities for professional development and research involvement.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments and ABA program supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical SOPs.
