Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. You will design and supervise ABA plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive outcomes for children with autism across home, school, and community settings.

Applicants must hold BCBA certification, CT LBA licensure, and a master's in ABA. Hybrid schedules and opportunities for professional growth are offered in Hartford County, CT.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current CT LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curricula and ABA assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing staff training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical SOPs.
