ASAT is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Bethesda-based team in Maryland. This clinician-led role emphasizes outcomes-driven ABA, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families, with a strong commitment to ethical practice and staff development.

Qualificações

• Current BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s in ABA or related field.
• Experience with evaluating and improving ABA programs.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training staff.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Insurance-funded protocol experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
