ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Stamford, CT seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs, collaborating with families to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification with CT LBA licensure, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and extensive experience in early learning assessments and ABA program implementation across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• CT LBA licensure is required.
• Experience with early learning curricula and ABA assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training parents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
