ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and MD LBA licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum scope and sequence.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training families.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
