ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team in Stamford, CT. We offer a hybrid work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth and research involvement.

You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure ethical and payer standards.

Qualifikationen

• Current BCBA certification required.
• CT LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
