Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in early learning curriculum and functional assessments.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
