Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Connecticut is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to promote client success.

The role requires BCBA certification, CT LBA licensure, and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with strong experience in home, school, and clinic settings. We offer a hybrid work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and CT LBA licensure in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum and functional assessments.
• Proven ability to supervise RBTs and train families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical SOPs.
