Responsibilities

• Simultaneously performs the duties of customer service representative and teller in a hybrid role.
• Opens deposit accounts and processes loan applications across lending units.
• Proactively reaches out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Handle daily account maintenance and ensure compliance with bank policies.
