Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise).
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Open deposit accounts and process loan applications for mortgage, consumer, small business, etc.
• Close loans for applicable business lines and make referrals to other bank lines and partners.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures; handle daily account maintenance and service issues.
• Understand and support quarterly sales goals.
• Process deposits, verify cash, receipts, checks; sell monetary instruments as needed.
• Process foreign currency purchases and loan payments; adhere to policies.
