Responsibilities

• Perform hybrid duties of customer service representative and teller.
• Open deposit accounts and process loan applications.
• Close loans and refer to other bank lines.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow portfolio.
• Process deposits, cash checks, and handle monetary instruments.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and daily account maintenance.
