Huntington Bank in Michigan seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs, recommending deposit products, and processing transactions accurately.

You will educate customers about products, engage in proactive outreach, and refer them to other bank areas to deepen connections while upholding all policies and risk controls.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in administrative roles, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling and basic banking transactions.
