Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products while handling transactions accurately and balancing daily totals. You will educate customers on banking services, refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships, and uphold security and regulatory policies.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year customer service or military experience in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
• Banking and financial services knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking acumen.
• Other duties as assigned.
