Qualifications

• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
