Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping them identify goals and select deposits and services. This role emphasizes accuracy, daily balancing, and delivering exemplary service.

You will educate customers, refer to other bank areas, and uphold policies while building strong relationships. A high school diploma or GED is required; banking experience is preferred with comfort using mobile and online banking.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile/online banking.
