Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union in Basking Ridge, NJ is hiring Banking Call Center Representatives for our digital contact center. This full-time hybrid role requires onsite work and shifts Mon-Fri (8:30am–5:00pm, 9:00am–5:30pm or 10:30am–7:00pm) with Saturday availability twice monthly (9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm).

You will assist members via digital channels and inbound calls, address needs, uncover sales opportunities, and build lasting financial relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service capacity, high volume call center is required, preferably at a financial institution.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Prior CRM experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills; must be positive, patient and customer focused; ability to multi-task.
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking is helpful, but not required.
