Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union in Basking Ridge, NJ, is seeking a Digital Channel Analyst to join a team delivering best-in-class digital solutions. The role supports Retail and Business Digital Banking platforms and coordinates system changes with business units.

You will assess requirements, develop test plans, participate in SDLC activities, and help optimize applications across channels. Hybrid work with on-site presence at our NJ headquarters is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3-5 years' experience within the Digital Channel environment at a Bank or Credit Union

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert for the Retail and Business Digital Banking platforms.
• Develop and sustain collaborative relationships across the organization.
• Responds within established SLAs to escalated incidents and problems.
• Manages and communicates changes through IT change control processes.
• Performs testing of systems and applications including test plans and analysis of testing results.
• Coordinate testing efforts with departments or quality control individuals.
• Stay abreast of current and future technology features set relevant to our organization and recommend adoption.
