Responsibilities

• Process, fund and book consumer loans accurately and timely.
• Collect and upload required documents for loan files.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of all supporting loan documentation.
• Communicate loan decisions and statuses to members.
• Review LOS notes to extract action items for members.
• Ensure applications comply with policies before funding.
• Answer calls and handle member inquiries regarding loans.
