Job summary

Affinity FCU in Basking Ridge, NJ is hiring a Call Center Representative for a hybrid schedule. You will handle inbound calls, discuss members’ financial needs, and offer solutions while building long-term relationships with members.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Banking and CRM experience are preferred, with some onsite work at the corporate HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service capacity, high volume call center is required.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Prior CRM experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills; ability to multi-task.
• Bilingual Spanish helpful but not required.
