Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union in Basking Ridge, NJ, is seeking Banking Call Center Representatives for a full-time Hybrid role. You will handle inbound member calls, discuss financial needs, and seek solutions with empathy, while building long-term relationships.

The position requires at least two years in a high-volume customer-service or call center, prior banking experience preferred, and flexibility for M-F 8:30–5, 9–5:30, or 10:30–7 with Saturday shifts twice monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a customer service role, high-volume call center experience preferred.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; patient and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with financial questions.
• Identify needs-based opportunities and develop long-term member relationships.
• Provide knowledgeable, prompt, accurate service across digital channels.
