Candidates with customer service or sales experience, CRM familiarity (Salesforce preferred), and strong communication skills will thrive. Bilingual abilities are a plus and Saturday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience is essential; banking experience helpful.
• Spanish-speaking helpful; Saturday hours required.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is desired.

Responsibilities

• Build member relationships by providing exceptional financial guidance and education.
• Open new accounts and enroll new members during initial consultation; process applications.
• Resolve complex member issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
