Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union seeks a Digital Channel Analyst to join our team responsible for delivering best-in-class digital banking solutions. The role serves as the second level of front-line support and coordinates system changes, testing, and optimization.

This hybrid position requires some on-site work at our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge, NJ and offers a starting salary range of $75k–$80k, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3-5 years' experience within the Digital Channel environment at a Bank or Credit Union.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Channel platforms and associated interfaces.
• Ability to coordinate system changes and optimize applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Retail and Business Digital Banking platforms.
• Develop and sustain collaborative relationships across the organization.
• Respond to escalated incidents within SLAs and monitor change control processes.
• Perform testing of systems and applications, including test plans and results analysis.
• Stay informed of current and future technology features relevant to the organization.
