Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union in Basking Ridge, NJ, is hiring a Digital Channel Analyst for a hybrid role with on-site work at our headquarters. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and requires a Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in a Digital Channel environment within banking.

The analyst will manage digital channel platforms, coordinate system changes, test applications, and support business units through SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3-5 years’ Digital Channel experience in a bank or credit union.
• Experience with Digital Channel platforms and related interfaces in banking.

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert for Retail and Business Digital Banking platforms.
• Develop and sustain collaborative relationships across the organization.
• Responds within SLAs to escalated incidents and problems.
• Manage IT change control processes and communicate with IT leadership.
• Perform testing of systems and develop effective test plans.
