Responsibilities

• Perform hybrid duties as both customer service representative and teller.
• Process loan applications for mortgage, consumer, small business, etc.
• Close loans for applicable lending lines and refer to other bank services.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Handle daily account maintenance and ensure policy compliance.
• Process deposits, verify cash and provide receipts.
• Process checks and monetary instruments in accordance with policy.
• Manage foreign currency transactions and loan payments as needed.
