Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in retail, financial services or hospitality preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Opens deposit accounts and processes loan applications.
• Closes loans for consumer lending and other lines.
• Makes referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reaches out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Adheres to bank policies and ensures operational compliance.
• Handles daily account maintenance and service issues as needed.
• Balances platform and teller duties as required by workload.
