Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus.
• The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Ability to build relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously performs duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller in a hybrid role.
• Opens deposit accounts and processes loan applications.
• Closes loans for customers and makes referrals to other bank lines and partners.
• Proactively reaches out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Ensure operational compliance and handle daily account maintenance and service issues.
• Meet quarterly sales targets and adhere to bank policies.
