Eastern Bank is hiring a Service Associate in a hybrid role combining customer service and teller duties in its Massachusetts branches. You will manage deposits, loan applications, and daily maintenance while engaging customers in person and by phone to meet quarterly sales goals.

The position emphasizes compliance, product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships across teams. A high school diploma and 1–2 years sales or banking experience are preferred.
