Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus.
• Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and build relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Opens deposit accounts and processes loan applications.
• Closes loans for consumer and mortgage lending and refers to other services.
• Proactively contacts high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Handles daily account maintenance and ensures policy compliance.
• Supports both Customer Service and Teller duties in a hybrid role.
• Targets quarterly sales goals and contributes to team targets.
