Responsibilities

• Performs the duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller, primarily in specific traditional branch locations where such a hybrid position is authorized.
• Prepares and processes loan applications for mortgage, consumer, small business lending.
• Closes loans for applicable business lines.
• Makes referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reaches out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
