Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a hybrid Customer Service Representative and Teller in designated branches.
• Open deposit accounts and prepare loan applications across lending units.
• Process loan closings and refer customers to other bank services.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Process deposits, cash checks, and handle other teller duties in accordance with policy.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and government requirements and manage daily account maintenance.
