You will handle claims from intake to closure, leverage multiple systems, and thrive in a high-volume environment with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and detail oriented.
• Comfort with typing and multitasking in a paperless workflow.
• Experience using multiple systems during training and claims handling.
• Understanding of the claims process and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide insureds and claimants through auto claims from start to finish.
• Communicate clearly to customers and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claims promptly.
