Qualifications

• Experience using multiple systems during virtual training and claims processing.
• General understanding of claim operations and stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1–3 years of related customer service or insurance knowledge.

• As part of the application process, you'll complete a skills assessment (~35 minutes).
