Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance in Suwanee, GA is hiring an Auto Claims Representative. This role offers paid training and licensing, with no prior claims experience required, and a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence at least two days per month.

As a licensed claims adjuster, you will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and using strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
• Able to think critically, use resources and seek answers when needed in virtual environment.
• Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
• Requires strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
• General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
• Engage customers who have been in an accident and provide support, problem solving and timely updates.
• Represent the Liberty brand with integrity, delivering on promised service.
