Job summary

The Recruiting Hive Atlanta is assisting a leading AmLaw 100 firm in recruiting a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney in Atlanta. This role focuses on sophisticated employment litigation in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, a Georgia bar, and 3–8 years in labor and employment law, with a proven ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing
• 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
• Experience in employment litigation in state and federal courts
• Ability to manage cases independently and in teams
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions
