Responsibilities

• Plans and executes single-focus projects, acting as the subject matter expert, coordinating with other departments and management on project implementation.
• Assists with planning and implementing major, multi-faceted department projects.
• Participates in performance improvement processes and helps implement process improvements.
• Develops training materials and schedules and may conduct training on department processes.
• Administers licensing information and commissions for agents and agencies with business relationships.
• Coordinates responses to information requests and inquiries in the renewal process; maintains templates and language.
• Supports other project teams as a resource and may assist in record retention for the department.
• Performs other related duties to complete primary responsibilities.
