Job summary

Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is seeking an Associate Release Administrator for a hybrid role based in Okemos, MI. You will coordinate release activities, maintain documentation, and communicate downtime and progress to project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of release coordination experience, with preference for experience in technical releases and SAFe/Scrum approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/IS/Business Admin or related field.
• 1 year of experience coordinating team deliverables or project management.
• Experience coordinating technical releases and writing technical documentation preferred.
• Agile methodology (Scrum or SAFe) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains release and process documentation including cadence and release notes.
• Assists in gathering applicable release metrics.
• Coordinates changes to lower environments due to release, patching or similar activities.
• Provides communication to teams of pending environment downtimes.
• Aids teams with monitoring release progress to ensure timely delivery of releases.
