Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience related to compliance, auditing, quality monitoring, risk management, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing awareness initiatives for the Compliance Program including education and training.
• Liaise with departments to ensure policies and procedures are developed and compliant.
• Support Compliance Officer in communicating regulatory changes and implementing strategies.
• Coordinate between compliance and operations on new compliance efforts.
• Assist in annual compliance risk assessment and ensure proper auditing of identified risks.
• Monitor and analyze company’s compliance efforts and identify gaps.
• Track contractual requirements and assist client reporting on performance guarantees.
• Coordinate committees and task forces related to compliance.
• Assist with audits (DDPA, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA) by collecting and reviewing materials.
