Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is seeking a Benefits Administrator in Okemos, MI. You will plan, develop, and administer employee benefit programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• Seven years of HR experience or related field preferred.
• Professional certification in HR, compensation, or benefits preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and administer employee benefit plans and programs.
• Ensure programs align with strategic objectives and comply with regulations.
• Partner with HRIS and vendors to support integrations and troubleshoot data issues.
• Prepare annual benefits expenditure forecasts and manage vendor contracts.
