Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is seeking an Associate Compliance Specialist in Okemos, MI. This hybrid role supports the daily operations of the Compliance Program across affiliates.

You will assist in education and training, coordinate with departments to ensure policy implementation, and help communicate regulatory changes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, or related fields and at least one year of compliance or auditing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, public health/public policy or related field and 1 year experience related to compliance, auditing, quality monitoring, risk management, or operations.
• Compliance experience within the Medicare Advantage or Medicaid industry preferred.
• Ability to process large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy; multitask and work on multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; effective verbal and written communication; attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Assist in the implementation of education and training activities related to compliance.
• Serve as liaison for the compliance department, coordinating with key departments to ensure policies and procedures meet contract provisions and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Compliance Officer and management in communicating regulatory changes and implementing compliance strategies.
• Facilitate coordination between the compliance department and operations on new compliance efforts and initiatives.
• Assist in the annual compliance risk assessment and ensure proper auditing and management of identified risks.
• Maintain and analyze the company's monitored compliance efforts and identify gaps.
• Coordinate client reporting and manage contractual requirements and related documentation.
• Coordinate audits or inquiries from clients, DDPA, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or ACA-related requests by collecting and verifying materials.
