LIVunLtd, a FirstService Brands company, is seeking a Corporate AP Specialist in Owings Mills, MD. You will manage accounts payable across multiple entities, handle vendor inquiries, and oversee weekly settlements and 1099 processes.

The role requires 1–3 years AP experience, strong MS Office and Google skills, and excellent written communication. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days is offered.

Qualifikationen

• One to three years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word), Google (Sheets/Docs).
• Excellent written communication skills for managing high-volume vendor relations.

Aufgaben

• Inbox Management: Manage AP email groups and vendor inquiries.
• Invoice Retrieval & Prep: Retrieve invoices and prepare documentation for entry.
• Digital Filing: Load invoices to Google Drive for processing.
• Vendor Relations: Research and resolve payment discrepancies; onboarding in Workday.
• Weekly Settlements: Run weekly settlements for multiple entities and issue checks.
• Tax Compliance: Manage annual 1099 generation and mailing.
