Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of Purchase Orders.
• Expertise in AP processes including 3-way match.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from vendors, verify and approve for payment.
• Complete payments and schedule paychecks in a timely manner.
• Manage payment cycles to ensure timely processing.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about payments and credits.
• Prepare account analyses and monthly financial reports.
