Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple tech teams to integrate functions and meet goals.
• Document requirements and impacts with Product Owners and Analysts.
• Perform incident/outage management and crisis management.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams on stability and supportability.
• Lead or advise new or lower level analysts.
• Drive resiliency and disaster recovery planning.
• Communicate outage status with stakeholders.
